What type of paper should I have my photo printed on?
As a photographer, I recommend printing photographs with a Lustre (Matte) finish. Lustre is a matte finish which is fingerprint-resistant. It offers the same colour saturation as Glossy, without the extra glare. This gives you more time to focus on the image itself rather than worry about having to change position to avoid the glare of a Glossy finish. All prints are printed on Kodak Endura Paper.
Where are the orders processed?
Orders are processed via Fotomoto. You can choose to pay in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, or AUD. Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation, along with your order number.
Who does the printing?
Prints are processed by Bay Photo Lab in Scotts Valley, CA. If you have a question about your print order, please address all inquiries to [email protected] and please be sure to reference your order number.
Where are they shipped?
Shipping within the USA will take anywhere from 2 to 7 working days; shipping outside of the USA will take 7 to 10 working days. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Please note: Around holidays shipping may take up to 14 working days.
Can I download an image?
If you would like to download an image to use as a background for your mobile or desktop, you can do so through my website via the Fotomoto ordering form. If you are interested in an image for commercial use, please select the image, choose download and then enter in your details as well as how the image will be used and I will contact you within 3 working days.
